Snack Sale: Since this is a school fundraiser, we cordially ask that all cast members bring in two dozen of any particular snack to sell at our concession stand during intermission. You could bring in brownies, cookies, cupcakes, candy, individual bags of chips,pretzels, etc. Please wrap them in individual packages for selling. These items can be brought in on Friday morning (March 13th) and left in the cafeteria, if that is easier for you. They can be store-bought or homemade. Please put your child’s name on the packages. We thank you!
Costumes: All costumes should be in school by now. We have started dress rehearsals every day now. Tech week is March 9-12.
IMPORTANT - Performances: On March 10th, 2020, our two performances of Frozen Jr. were postponed until further notice. As of June 30, 2020, all cash for tickets will be refunded. Checks for the tickets will become "stale" soon and we will NOT be cashing them. Raffles will be drawn in September and the winners will be notified. T-shirts and playbills will be distributed in September. Student Arrival: Leads arrive at 5:00 PM. All other students arrive at 6:00. Lead girls will have make-up and hair done by professionals. Other girls please wear exaggerated make-up from home. Please eat dinner before coming to the show. Please bring only water to drink. You will not be able to buy anything at the concession stand. No electronics or phones are allowed backstage. Grades 1-3 students arrive in their black pants/leggings, sneakers (no light-ups). We will give them their ordered Frozen T-Shirts to wear that night. This shirt DOES NOT go home until after Saturday night’s performance.
T-shirts: T-shirts were sold through our order form. Some T-shirts will be available for sale, in limited supply, in the lobby on the evening of the shows for $16 each. A cast-signed T-Shirt will be available for raffle.
Photos & Video: Still photos on a flash drive, and a video on a DVD or flash drive will be available for sale. If you haven’t ordered these yet, please pick up an order form in the lobby on the night of the show. Payment is by cash or check payable to Maria Regina School, no credit cards accepted.
RAFFLES: We will be raffling off an ANNA doll, an ELSA doll, an OLAF & a SVEN stuffed animal, as well as an original OLAF Animation Cell drawn by a Disney artist, donated by Michael Califano, former student and Disney fan.
