Since my daughter started nursery school in 2016, I have become increasingly involved within Maria Regina. I have three children Mikaela 2nd (Ms. Meehan), Ashley Kindergarten (Mrs. Hasbrouck), and Ryan Nursery (Mrs. Meszaros). Prior to becoming a SAHM two years ago, I was the Associate Director of student activities at Adelphi University. I recently moved from Levittown to Wantagh with my family. Although the school year may look different, I am looking forward to finding new and innovative ways to engage our families and fundraise for our school.
My name is Roberta Nilsen and I am very excited to serve on the MRPA. I have 2 sons, Giovanni (K-Hasbrouck) & Luca (Pre-K 5 Brosnan). I am a foreign language teacher at Salk Middle School by day & supermom by night! I am excited to connect with you all!
My name is Kathy Morrissey and I am happy to serve as the treasurer for the MRPA this year. Both my daughter, Maureen (grade 4- Mrs. Archbold) & my son, Sean (grade 5-Mrs. Nardi) attend Maria Regina. My husband Scott and I chose Maria Regina six years ago because of its academic excellence, emphasis on Catholic values, as well as the supportive environment. I’m happy to help & support the MRPA to make our school the best place possible for our children to learn and grow!
